A complete poster paper submission including paper and supplementary files should be made before this deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: All Poster Papers should be formatted as ISMAR Conference Proceedings papers. ISMAR uses a DOUBLE-BLIND review process. This means that both the authors and the reviewers must remain anonymous to each other. Submissions (including citations and optional videos) must not contain information that identifies the authors, their institutions, funding sources, or their places of work. Relevant previous work by the authors must be cited in the third person to preserve anonymity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All submissions must be done electronically. Note that the use of a teaser image in papers is encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISMAR 2024 Science &amp; Technology Poster Papers Chairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poster Papers are via <a href=\"https:\/\/new.precisionconference.com\/ismar\">PCS.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Templates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Poster Paper submissions should be formatted using the IEEE Computer Society VGTC format described <a href=\"https:\/\/tc.computer.org\/vgtc\/publications\/conference\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Page Length:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Poster Papers submitted to the poster track: 2 pages of text, including references. (non-archival).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conference papers recommended for posters can be up to 4 pages (including references). Please note that ISMAR considers poster papers of 3+ pages to be archival. This means that authors of 3+-page poster papers cannot resubmit longer versions of their accepted work at later ISMAR conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Size and Margins:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is very important to follow these margins exactly or you run the risk of losing text when the final paper is produced at a smaller trim size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper Size: 8.5&nbsp; inches by 11.0 inches (21.59cm by 27.94cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Top Margin: 0.75&nbsp; inch (1.905 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bottom Margin: 1.0 inch (2.54 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Left Margin: 0.75 inch (1.905 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right Margin: 0.75 inch (1.905 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Columns: Two (2) columns, each 3.33 inches (8.46 cm) wide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Column Gutter: 0.34 inches (0.84 cm) column gutter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Title:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title Text: 14.5pt Helvetica (or Arial), bold, centered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capitalize the first letter of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs; do not capitalize articles, coordinate conjunctions, or prepositions (unless the title begins with such a word). Capitalize the second word in compound words if it is a noun or proper adjective or the words have equal weight (Cross-Reference, Run-Time).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave two blank lines after the title.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Author Information and Affiliation: (Only for camera-ready version; should be anonymous during submission):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Author Names: 10pt Helvetica (or Arial), centered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple authors: multiple columns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliation should include full names, company\/institution identification, and email addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliations are centered below each author name in 8pt, not bold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include email addresses as a footnote with a horizontal rule above the footnote area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the author information by two blank lines before the main text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Copyright Space:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 0.5 inch (1.18 cm) space must be left at the bottom of the left column on the first page of the paper for the copyright information added during the printing process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The word \u201cABSTRACT\u201d: 9pt Helvetica (or Arial), bold, flush left, NOT numbered, small caps, abstract content begins on a new line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Body Text: 9pt Times or Times Roman, justified on 10pt leading; up to 3 in. However, for the rest of the world, we will not correct it in conference papers \u2013 we also allow the spelling \u2018acknowledgements\u2019 with an \u2018e\u2019 after the \u2018g\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Citations and References:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Word \u201cREFERENCES\u201d: 9pt Helvetica (or Arial), bold, flush left, NOT numbered, small caps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Body Text: 9pt Times or Times Roman, justified on 10pt leading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of references: 8pt Times or Times Roman on 9.5pt leading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When referenced in the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets, for example&nbsp; [1].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where appropriate, include the name(s) of editors of referenced books.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[1] Albert B.
