What is ISMAR? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality (ISMAR) is a flagship conference (CORE 2023 A* rating) that explores the advances in research and commercial activities related to AR, MR, and Virtual Reality (VR). ISMAR is setting new standards and trends with wide-ranging, creative, innovative, and highly technical content (see example 2023 program at https:\/\/ismar23.org\/program-overview\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where is ISMAR?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ISMAR 2024 (https:\/\/ieeeismar.org\/) will be hosted at the Hilton Hotel in Bellevue, Washington (US) from October 21-25, 2024, and is planned as a hybrid (physical + online) event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who attends ISMAR? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Worldwide academic leaders, Ph.D. and students from world-class technical universities, budding entrepreneurs looking to partner in new ventures, and established industry leaders in AR\/MR\/VR hardware\/software technologies and solutions are attending. ISMAR promotes diversity and inclusion, and the community has been growing over the years. In 2022, we had a record attendance with over 650 registrations from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Deposit Information <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                A deposit amount equal to at least 50% of the total space\/sponsorship request must be submitted with this application in order for a space to be assigned. Contracts will be processed in the order they are received. Contracts received after 1 September 2024 must be accompanied by full payment in order to be considered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
