IEEE International Symposium on Emerging Metaverse (ISEMV 2024) is co-located with ISMAR 2024.  Registration for ISEMV 2024 is available via ISMAR 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for Authors <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Authors of Journal, Conference, Poster, Demo, invited TVCG and invited CG&A Papers, Workshop Papers, and Doctoral Consortium Papers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each accepted paper that is published in the proceedings or adjunct proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference, with a full (5-day) conference registration by 30 Sep 2024 to allow presenting the work at the conference. Paper authors are expected to engage during the entire conference by discussing their work online or in person with other attendees of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Presented Paper (No-Show) Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

IEEE ISMAR 2024 traditionally enforces a \u201cno show\u201d policy. Any accepted papers included in the final program are expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy to both register and attend (in-person or remotely) to present their paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not register and present at the conference will be added to a \u201cNo Show List\u201d, compiled by the Conference. The \u201cno show\u201d papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore or other public access forums, but they will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings, and the copyright of these papers will belong to the IEEE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
