Registration

All participants are required to register through the online registration system and are advised to register in advance to receive the registration discount. Please carefully read the registration guidelines below.

The online registration system will be available from the end of August.

Registration Fee

• Author Registration: For each contribution to the conference at least one person must be registered for in-person attendance at the whole conference. If an author is presenting multiple papers, a single registration may be used to cover those contributions.

• The One-Day Pass includes access to all official programs held on the selected day, including workshops, tutorials, and the main conference sessions. Therefore, if you plan to attend only on October 8 (Tue) or October 12 (Sat) for the workshops or tutorials, you may simply purchase a One-Day Pass for that specific date.

• To qualify for member registration, you must be a member of IEEE. Your membership number is required at the registration page.

• To qualify for IEEE Life Member registration, your membership number is required at the registration page.

Registration Fee Covers

Method of Payment

1. Online Credit Card – VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX card are acceptable.
2. Bank Wire Transfer
   • Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
   • The transfer must be in the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
   • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the IEEE ISMAR 2025 secretariat by email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by September 30, 2025. No refunds will be issued from Oct. 1, 2025. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to ieeeismar2025@gmail.com. There will be a cancellation fee of $100 which will be deducted from each refund. Registration using invalid membership at the time of registration will be automatically canceled and reported to the corresponding organization.

Invitation Letter

Conference participants are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend applying for your visa as early as possible. Please note that IEEE ISMAR 2025 is unable to intervene with Korean embassies or consulates on behalf of participants. However, if you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, kindly email to ieeeismar2025@gmail.com with the following information:
