Bari Vecchia (Old Town) Tour

	Details
What	Guided tour of Bari Old Town, with the option to enjoy a typical Bari-style aperitif.
Where	Meeting point: Giardini d'Aragona, in front of the south-eastern bastion of Castello Svevo. From the conference venue, you can take bus 27 directly, or alternatively buses 6 or 10. The meeting point is approximately 25–30 minutes from the conference venue by bus. A bus ticket costs €1–€1.50 and can be purchased on board. When	Monday, October 5; Wednesday, October 7; and Friday, October 9. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and groups will be formed between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
Cost	Included in the registration fee.

Notes:

• A ticket will be provided during registration and must be brought to the meeting point.
• Participants may order a typical Bari-style aperitif (panzerotto + beverage) while the groups are being formed. The aperitif is at the participant’s own expense; we recommend bringing €5 in cash.
• The number of available places for each date will be limited, so we will take into account the preferences provided in the form that was distributed in recent weeks.

Orecchiette Challenge

An activity where participants will learn how to make traditional orecchiette pasta while taking part in a fun and creative challenge designed to put their dexterity and imagination to the test.

Notes:

• During the coffee break, participants who wish to take part should ask an SV near the orecchiette area to be added to the corresponding session slot.
• During each coffee break, the activity will be organized into consecutive sessions, with a maximum of 15 participants per session.
• During the activity, participants will take part in three challenges:
  • Most beautiful orecchietta
  • Most unusual orecchietta
  • Smallest orecchietta
• At the end of each coffee break, the chef will select one winner for each challenge.
• At the end of the conference, a single overall winner will be announced from among the top six participants in each challenge!

Monster Hunt

Take part in a playful Monster Hunt designed to bring ISMAR participants together through a fun, collaborative challenge. Participants will search for clues, complete tasks and compete to become the conference’s Monster Hunt winners.
